NIW & O1 New York In-Person Case Sharing Session

The in-person event held in Manhattan, New York, was a great success — thank you all for your enthusiastic participation and support! During this session, we shared numerous real-life cases related to NIW (National Interest Waiver) and O1 Visa applications.

NIW is a subcategory under the EB2 employment-based immigration category, officially known as the National Interest Waiver. It allows qualified individuals in fields such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) to apply for a U.S. Green Card without employer sponsorship or labor certification — essentially waiving the PERM process and enabling self-petition.
On the other hand, the O1 Visa is a non-immigrant visa designed for individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary ability in fields such as science, arts, education, business, or athletics.

During the case-sharing session, we provided a detailed explanation of the eligibility criteria, application process, required documentation, and key points for both NIW and O1 visa applications. We also shared several successful case studies, showcasing how our team and legal partners helped applicants strengthen their profiles, highlight their achievements, and ultimately secure NIW or O1 visa approvals.

In addition, we will continue to host more in-person seminars and events, offering valuable insights and information on U.S. immigration planning, visa options, and study abroad opportunities.
